FCC認證資料清單和注意事項

FCC認證是美國聯(lián)邦通信委員會（Federal Communications Commission）對電子產(chǎn)品的認證，確保其符合美國的電磁兼容性和無線電頻率規(guī)定。

FCC認證資料清單：

1.User manual (用戶手冊，含各無線功能的工作頻率范圍以及最大發(fā)射功率，進口商信息）需要有FCC警告語，如文件最下方)

2.Block Diagram (contain all RF section) (方框圖，含所有RF模塊方框圖)

3.Circuit schematics (contain all RF section) (電路原理圖，含所有RF模塊電路）

4.Schematic description（原理描述）

5. Label Location and artwork(標簽及方位說明)

6.天線規(guī)格書或者天線增益報告

7.美代簽字文件（我們提供模板）

FCC認證樣機準備：

1臺傳導定頻樣機+1臺輻射定頻樣機（輻射樣機不用接出RF射頻線）+1臺整機FCC IC CE RCM 樣機準備

FCC認證測試周期：

測試發(fā)證2-3 Weeks

FCC認證測試標準：

FCC Part 15C+FCC Part 15B

注意事項：

A.第一次申請FCC的公司需要先申請Grantee code，申請機構(gòu)會收取費用。FCCID一般是由公司代碼+型號組成，也可由客戶自己命名公司代碼+客戶命名信息，不可以超過14位數(shù)；

B.FCCID必須是數(shù)字和大寫字母，不可以有小寫字母；

C.FCCID是唯一的，之前使用過的，不能重復。所以若之前有申請過的ID，不能重復使用；

D.授權(quán)信，保密信等簽字文件需由客戶自己簽署，**必須同F(xiàn)CC官網(wǎng)申請保持一致；

E.如果客戶只需要做FCC-SDOC，那么資料只需要提供申請表和整機，不需要定頻樣機；

F.若客戶沒有提供標簽，我們給客戶做標簽最好越簡單越好，有產(chǎn)品名稱，型號，F(xiàn)CCID號碼即可；

G.碰到FCC抽檢，需要及時提醒客戶并告知銷售，看看是收費還是免費，然后在開案重測的同時，樣機一定要貼上之前提交的FCC標簽；

H.FCC說明書需要加上FCC警告語，如下：

FCC Statement：

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

-- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

-- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.

-- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

-- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is su*ect to the following two conditions:

(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment

·申請表

·Chang ID 授權(quán)信

·型號差異說明（如果有多個型號）

·外部照（不可和老案件有所變化，用老案子的）

·label 和 lable location 照

J:FCC/IC，型號備注問題（舉例）：

如果備注內(nèi)容體現(xiàn)在證書上，C5(VA00037,VA00038,VA00056)，C6(VA00039,VA00040)當成兩個型號來申請的話，那型號中不能有括號，如使用這種方案發(fā)證，后續(xù)售賣的時候，絲印label上的型號要與報告證書上的一致，如果這個主型號后面單獨出現(xiàn)其中一段或者兩段，都是沒有認證的。如后續(xù)要加型號的話也是不能操作

另一種方式是：去掉括號，以多型號的形式去申請C5，VA00037,VA00038,VA00056，C6，VA00039,VA00040，但這樣就會產(chǎn)生多型號的發(fā)證費用。
